Proprietors of small businesses do not need excessive diversion from their money-making function. It is not our policy to produce what we see as unnecessary documentation. Michael has been a director and self employed businessman in his own right for many years and prefers to take a “no legal nonsense” approach. Michael also offers a 30 minute no-fee consultation to potential new clients (but without responsibility for advice so given, so as to comply with indemnity insurer’s standard terms).
