Welcome
Michael Keeler LL.M (London) (a Teaching Member of the University of Warwick) personally provides expertise in property law (commercial and domestic) including conveyancing, business and corporate law, and advises on contractual issues (including pre-nuptial agreements), probate, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
His referral network of further legal expertise, including civil litigation, divorce and criminal prosecutions is well established
Client business is not passed to unqualified clerks.
Michael’s practice, Keelers, is a full-time law firm based in the countryside close to Kenilworth, Balsall Common and Coventry with easy access to arterial highways and motorways. Keelers is located at Michael’s rural farmhouse where there is ample free parking.
In 1994 the University of London conferred on Michael the degree of Master of Laws and shortly afterwards the University of Warwick engaged his current part time services, affording access to the substantial legal resources there. Prior to this, he gained considerable experience in Birmingham as a city centre law firm partner, and in Coventry.
Although a modest sized, rural practice, Keelers is vested with modern, advanced communications to respond expeditiously on fast-moving commercial transactions.
Clients rarely need to enquire about the progress of their business. Correspondence via electronic media is encouraged at Keelers but prompt communication with and visits to our clients are also encouraged (without any extra costs to the client being incurred for visits out-of-office).
