Michael Keeler personally provides expertise in property law (commercial and domestic) including conveyancing, business and corporate law, and advises on contractual issues (including pre-nuptial agreements), probate, wills and lasting powers of attorney. His referral network of further legal expertise, including civil litigation, divorce and criminal prosecutions is well established and (within Keelers) Michael will never pass your matter over to a clerk (who appears to be a qualified solicitor and for whose services elsewhere you may well pay the full price). Michael’s practice, Keelers, is a full-time law firm based in the countryside close to Kenilworth, Balsall Common and Coventry with easy access to arterial highways and motorways. Keelers is located at Michael’s rural farmhouse where ample free parking is a major convenience.
In recent years the University of London conferred on Michael his degree of Master of Laws and shortly afterwards the University of Warwick engaged his current part time services, affording access to the substantial legal resources there. Prior to this, he gained considerable commercial and property law experience in Birmingham as a city centre law firm partner, and in Coventry.
Although a modest sized, rural practice, Keelers is vested with modern, advanced communications to respond expeditiously on fast-moving commercial transactions when crucial timing is the key to a satisfactory conclusion. Clients rarely need to enquire about the progress of their business. Correspondence via electronic media is encouraged at Keelers but prompt communication with and visits to our clients are also encouraged (without any extra costs to the client being incurred for visits out-of-office).
